Hi, I’m Artsiom Menshakou, an AI Solution Engineer at WithSecure, based in Warsaw.
I build production AI systems and the engineering around them: agent architecture, orchestration, evaluation, security, cost, and integrations with the tools people already use.
I’ve been building software since 2012. Before focusing on applied AI, I worked on industrial control and real-time systems, geospatial products, browser integrations, large web applications, and cybersecurity platforms. Along the way, I also led a distributed engineering team and mentored developers.
That background shapes how I approach AI today. I don’t treat the model as the whole system. I care about everything around it: where deterministic code is the better tool, where model judgment earns its cost, how failures are detected, and how agents can be operated safely and reliably in production.
My current work focuses on multi-agent systems and event-driven AI workflows on AWS, connecting models to existing engineering and business processes.
